Server Rules NO MODDING: No personal mods are allowed. If you are caught modding, you will be kicked and/or banned. Ladder glitching is also not allowed. NO SWEARING: We like to keep it clean here, as children will occasionally play. We all get frustrated sometimes, so if you want to swear, just type something like this: @^*#$%! This rule also covers the use of profanity or racial slurs in your player name. Repeat offenders will be kicked and/or banned. If, for some reason, you feel it necessary to make a political statement with your name, then don't expect anyone to engage you in conversation. NO DRUMMING: There has recently been quite a bit of debate about this. Many of us, including veteran players and moderators, occasionally fire fast. Adhering to this rule simply requires some common sense. If you have the ability to fire at speeds that make you sound like you're modding, then DON'T DO IT. If you want to fire fast, limit it to 3 or 4 shot bursts. In other words, exercise some self-control and everyone will get along. PLEASE NOTE: This server is modded to amplify damage which also affects the geomod. If you are new to RATS and the levels we have here, take the time to get to know them. Some have secret places which are exploited by the experienced players. Since we play on many maps that compliment the skills of stealth-based combat, many players find it difficult to adapt at first. If you practice some patience you will get to experience the excellent game play which makes this server so much fun. Yes, some players here like to camp, but it then becomes your mission to root them out. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask one of us.
